Tata 1mg, a leading healthcare platform, has appointed Ina Bajwa as its new Chief Human Resources Officer with immediate effect.

In her new role, Bajwa brings over 20 years of expertise in business success and societal contribution, fostering a culture of excellence and promoting sustainable global practices. Her previous roles include serving as the Lead - HR Business Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Vice President of HR at HSBC, and Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Essar.

Bajwa, who left her position as Vice President of HR at Tata Communications in October 2023, announced her appointment at Tata 1mg on LinkedIn. She expressed her excitement by stating, "I am thrilled to share that I have joined Tata 1mg as Chief Human Resources Officer. Together with the incredible leadership team and all colleagues at Tata 1mg, I look forward to elevating our performance-driven culture based on Tata Group's values of leading with trust."

Last year, Tata 1mg appointed Gurpreet Singh as Director of Human Resources.
