Tata Technologies appoints Nandini Pai as Head HR Business Partnering (APAC) and Culture

Tata Technologies, a global product engineering and digital services company, has appointed Nandini Pai as Head – HR Business Partnering (APAC) and Culture, effective July. In an exclusive update shared with People Matters, Pai confirmed her new role.

In her new position, Pai will be responsible for driving business partnerships, leading team and change management initiatives, and shaping cultural transformation across the APAC region, aligning people strategy with the company's bold vision for innovation and growth.

Based in Pune, Pai joins Tata Technologies from Tata Motors, where she most recently served as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management and Culture. During her tenure, she conceptualised and drove several key initiatives in talent development, including succession planning, HiPo talent assessments, fast track talent programs and enterprise-wide culture transformation.

Before Tata Motors, Pai held strategic HR roles at Edelweiss Financial Services and Yes Bank, where she gained cross-functional experience in talent management, employer branding and organisational development.

With her deep expertise in culture-building and leadership development, Pai is well-positioned to contribute to Tata Technologies’ people strategy and transformation journey.
