Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the IT services, consulting, and business solutions firm, has announced the appointment of Sivakumar Viswanathan as the new head of the Resource Management Group (RMG). 

RMG is responsible for the allocation of available resources to various projects and in case of any shortfall, fills such requirements through contractors.

TCS announced the leadership reshuffle after an alleged job scam. However, the company acted on the allegation and launched a review to examine the allegations in the complaint.

"On receipt of the complaint, the Company launched a review to examine the allegations in the complaint. Based on the review: this does not involve any fraud by or against the Company and has no financial impact; the issue relates to a breach of Company’s Code of Conduct by certain employees and vendors providing contractors; and no key managerial person of the Company has been found to be involved," reads a statement issued by the TCS.
