Coffeee.io, a tech recruitment platform for pre-assessed developers, has appointed Ankit Mittal as its chief technology officer and co-founder.

With a successful career spanning over 15 years in the IT sector, Mittal will be working towards strengthening product development in order to solve the key problem of developer hiring most effectively across the industry, the startup said in a statement.

Mittal began his career as a developer in IBM, a global tech-leading company, and moved on to work with multi-national technology firms such as Aricent Technology, Goldman Sachs, and IHS Markit, among others.

In the course of his career, he has also held leadership positions in fast-growing tech startups such as Dunzo, ZestMoney, and Games24X7.

“Being from an engineering background I am aware of the challenges faced by aspiring developers as well as the recruiters to get the desired job and hire the right talent respectively. Therefore, I am thrilled about joining Coffeee.io to help accelerate the company's effort towards making the developer hiring only talent based, free of biases, quick and cost effective,” said Mittal.

“As we are aiming to create a world-class ecosystem with an ever-growing pool of skilled and pre-assessed developers, the brand requires people who can play a pivotal role in building both the technology and team we require. Thus, Ankit’s experience and expertise will help us to establish Coffeee.io as India’s best technology solution to the global developer hiring problems,” added Amit Veer, founder and CEO of Coffeee.io.
