The Phoenix Mills, a retail-led mixed use asset developer and operator in India, has appointed Gautam Srivastava as the new director and Head of HR, effective September 11.

In his new role, Srivastava will be responsible for driving HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the company's growth and customer-centricity.

He has joined The Phoenix Mills from The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts where he worked as Group vice president and head of HR for a period of two years.

He comes with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including hospitality, banking, insurance, and global capability centers.
