India-based TIL Group Companies at Trinity Cleantech Pvt Ltd has appointed Anand Pillai as Group Chief Transformation Officer, effective September 2022. 

Pillai, an industry veteran and a leadership coach will be responsible for coordinating with the leadership team of ETO, GTL & TCPL. He will also train and groom all staff, including leadership teams, in organisation goals direction – Make them accountable to deliver all responsibilities with passion following process among others.

With a career span of close to 40 years, Pillai served as senior executive vice president HR-Business Transformation & Chief Learning Officer at Reliance Industries Ltd. He also served HCL Technologies as Sr Vice President HR-Business Transformation & Global Head-Talent Transformation.
