Tribeca Developers, a luxury real estate developer in India, has recently onboarded Simantika Mukherjee as CHRO.  In her new role, she is responsible for leading the HR function. 

With a master's degree in human resource management, Simantika has more than 15 years of diverse HR experience. She has the expertise and vision to drive the company's growth and performance through talent acquisition, development, and engagement.

Simantika has joined Tribeca Developers from Tata Realty where she spent more than seven years in various capacities. In her previous role, she managed the HR responsibilities for West India, both for residential and commercial projects, and contributed to the HR process transformation and organization development initiatives.

SBI General Insurance, and Wipro are other organisatios where she worked previously.

She has a proven track record of delivering results in core HR functions, such as campus hiring, branding, employee engagement, HR business partnering, and learning and development.
