TruKKer onboards Pranav Prasoon as Chief People Officer

Logistics and transportation company TruKKer appointed Pranav Prasoon as Chief People Officer (CPO) on November 17. In his new role, Pranav will work with TruKKer's leadership team in transforming people practices, culture and business evolution.

A seasoned HR professional, Pranav comes with almost two decades of experience across all HR domains - strategic HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, talent attraction, HRMS implementation, change management, culture building, employer branding, diversity and Inclusion, and rewards.

Pranav has been instrumental in developing organisations, restructuring, designing C&B framework and spearheading people strategies.

In his earlier stints, Pranav was National Head HR for Coca-Cola, Head HR for Renault India, Vertical HR Head for Engineering in Renault Nissan Technical Centre, GM HR for Willow Logistics and Officer in Indian Army.

He is a Doctorate Research Scholar at SSBM, Geneva and a management degree from IIM, Lucknow.
