Unilever has promoted Anuradha Razdan as the new CHRO of its beauty and well-being. She has also been given the responsibility of a global equity, diversity, and inclusion officer.

Anuradha has been working with Unilever for more than 25 years. Most recently, she held the role of executive director and CHRO, Hindustan Unilever and Unilever South Asia.

“I am starting a new role as CHRO, Beauty & Wellbeing, Unilever . Feel privileged to be a part of this incredible business that is home to some of the most iconic brands across Hair, Skin, Health & Wellbeing and Prestige categories, serving consumers all over the world,” she posted on Linkedin.

“Also delighted to be taking on responsibility as Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Unilever. Hoping to make a meaningful contribution to an agenda I am deeply passionate about as we advocate for more inclusion in business and communities.”

Anuradha is an alumnus of Ferguson College, Pune, and she completed her MBA at XLRI, Jamshedpur.
