Usha International appoints Dipty Jalan as CHRO

Jalan brings nearly two decades of diverse business and HR experience, with deep expertise in talent management, learning, and organisational development. 

This marks her second stint with Usha International, where she previously served in multiple leadership roles from 2015 to December 2024. During her earlier tenure, she played a key role in shaping the company’s culture and driving its talent transformation agenda. Jalan joins from Axis Max Life Insurance, where she was Corporate Vice President – Head of Talent Management, Learning Culture, and OD. 

In her new role, she will lead HR strategy across Usha’s operations, which include a 3,700-strong workforce spread across 16 regional offices, 60 company showrooms, and 33 warehouses nationwide. 

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Jalan said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP HR) at Usha International!” Usha International is a leading player in the fast-moving consumer durables sector, known for its products across fans, sewing machines, home appliances, and power equipment.
