Vantage Circle appoints Saurabh Deshpande as Director, CoE- People and Culture

Global HR tech company Vantage Circle has announced the appointment of Saurabh Deshpande as Director, CoE- People and Culture.

The CoE-People and Culture (C-Pac) is the research and advisory division of Vantage Circle that enables clients to drive effective RoI from their recognition programmes through research and insights, consulting services, and training. 

Deshpande comes with over 20 years of experience across HR consulting and line HR. A trusted HR partner and advisor to businesses, he specialises in working with start-ups and growth-stage organisations, helping them design and implement scalable HR practices.

“It is rewarding to have Saurabh’s rich insights on the people and culture of multiple organisations and his expertise in helping HR teams across the world bundled up to help us achieve milestones,” said Partha Neog, CEO and Co-Founder of Vantage Circle.

A subject matter expert (SME) for HR technology companies, partnering with them to drive intellectual property (IP) creation and product differentiation, Deshpande has previously worked with consulting firms such as Hewitt Associates (now Aon) and Mercer Consulting, and InMobi in line HR roles.

“I am excited to join Vantage Circle to explore the science of employee recognition and help our clients leverage the true power of recognition programmes through structured methodologies, quantitative and qualitative assessment and enhanced product capabilities,” said Deshpande.

He holds a degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
