Global healthcare company Viatris has appointed Vikas Joshi as Head of Global People Solutions.

The appointment has been confirmed by Joshi on Linkedin.  “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Global People Solutions at Viatris!”

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Joshi carries more than two decades of experience in handling large-scale HR leadership and transformation.

Spanning through global total rewards, shared services setup, business partnering in the Middle-East, global HRMS deployment and other large-scale company-wide HR transformation initiatives, Joshi has been instrumental in driving systematic change through is career.

Previously, he has worked in IT, textiles and CPG and has lived in India, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia and is now in the US.

Before joining Viatris, Joshi worked with PepsiCo as Vice President of HR, Global Operations. He served Pepsico for more than 18 years. Joshi who started his career as Associate Consultant with Iflex Solution, also worked with Arvind Mills Overseas Ltd as HR head. Joshi is an Electronics engineering graduate from the University of Mumbai.
