Vishal Mega Mart has onboarded Dhruva Kumar Dubey as its chief human resources officer. He has joined the retail chain with more than 20 years of experience

He boasts over twenty years of extensive experience in the field of human resources, having worked across various industries, including Retail, Banking, ITES, and Internet startups. 

His key responsibilities have involved partnering with organisational leaders to drive significant changes, foster leadership development, enhance talent capabilities, and establish a robust employee value proposition, as per an official statement.

Before joining Vishal Mega Mart, Dubey served at Spencer’s Retail as head business HR and learning & development for over seven years.

He has also held significant HR positions, including vice president and head of HR at Quikr, Director of HR at Dell, Head of HR at Cisco Spaces, and Senior Vice President of HR at HSBC.

Dubey holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE - Mechanical) from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth in Pune.
