The Vishwa Samudra Group, with over 15 companies across industries of Infrastructure, Construction, Port Services, Commodity Trading, Manufacturing, and more, has appointed Abhishek Jalan as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In this role, Jalan will be responsible for the Group’s Finances & Accounting, Estates, Regulatory & Statutory Compliances, Legal and Central Treasury.

He brings with him an impressive background and 22 years of experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising, Corporate Restructuring, and Investor Relations.

An engineering graduate and PGDBM holder, Jalan has honed his expertise in the fields of Financial Modelling, Business Planning, Audit and Risk Controls, Financial Controls, Budgeting, Strategy and MIS.

Previously, he worked with Future Group, 7-Eleven India, and Embee Vyapaar.
