Visier appoints Pramukh Jeyathilak as Chief People Officer

Visier has appointed Pramukh Jeyathilak as its Chief People Officer, bringing more than three decades of global HR leadership experience to the workforce intelligence company as it expands its focus on AI-driven workforce transformation.

Jeyathilak joins Visier after serving as CEO and co-founder of TalentLign, an AI-enabled human capital consulting firm specialising in workforce transformation and skills-based organisations. Over the course of his career, he has held senior HR leadership roles at organisations including the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Amazon Web Services, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft and Accenture.

The appointment comes as Visier seeks to strengthen its People function with a greater emphasis on data-driven decision-making and business outcomes. The company said the move reflects its commitment to applying the same quantitative approach to its own workforce strategy that it delivers to enterprise customers through its workforce intelligence platform.

Commenting on his appointment, Jeyathilak said organisations must increasingly view HR as a strategic business partner capable of driving transformation through data and AI.

Known for leading large-scale organisational transformation programmes, Jeyathilak has overseen post-merger integrations, organisational redesigns, digital HR initiatives and skills transformation projects across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. His leadership philosophy centres on what he describes as "forward-focused transformation," aimed at reshaping culture, enabling new ways of working and removing barriers to organisational agility.
