Walmart's CPO Donna Morris appointed to UKG Board of Directors

Morris brings extensive leadership experience in innovative people solutions, agile team development, and building high-performance cultures.

UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, announced that Donna Morris, executive vice president and chief people officer at Walmart Inc., has been appointed to the UKG Board of Directors. 

"By leading global HR and people operations for the world's largest private employer and retailer, Donna's deep understanding of the frontline workforce and how technology and innovation are reshaping employee experiences will be invaluable to our board," said Aron Ain, executive chair of the UKG Board of Directors. "Her unique perspective and incredible expertise will help UKG continue to innovate on behalf of our customers," Ain further said. 

Morris brings extensive leadership experience in innovative people solutions, agile team development, and building high-performance cultures. At Walmart, she leads Global People with a focus on the associate experience for over 2 million associates worldwide, including 1.6 million in the U.S. In her role, Morris drives a people-led, tech-powered focus by fostering growth and belonging, prioritising associates' wellbeing, and leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance the work experience.

Before joining Walmart in 2020, Morris spent over 17 years at Adobe, where she held various leadership roles, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Executive Vice President of Employee Experience.
