CoinDCX CHRO Mudita Chauhan steps down after five years

CoinDCX CHRO Mudita Chauhan steps down after five years; CISO Sridhar G also exits as the crypto exchange undergoes top-level leadership changes.
Mudita Chauhan has stepped down as Chief Human Resources Officer of CoinDCX after five years with the company. She is moving on to pursue new opportunities.
Confirming the development, CoinDCX CEO Sumit Gupta shared on X that Chauhan, along with Sridhar G, Chief Information Security Officer, has decided to move on. Sridhar spent three years with the company.
Their exits follow two other senior-level departures in recent months—Vivek Gupta, former CTO, who resigned in June, and Tushar Tarun, former Head of Legal, who left in July.
Gupta acknowledged their contributions, noting that they played a pivotal role in shaping CoinDCX’s systems, processes, and culture of resilience and trust.
“We remain deeply grateful and wish them the very best in their next professional endeavors,” he said.
The company has already identified successors for these roles and assured a smooth transition. CoinDCX is also hiring across multiple functions to support its next phase of growth, Gupta added.
Before joining CoinDCX, Chauhan held leadership roles at EduBridge Learning, Reliance Industries, and Bank of America. She holds a Post Graduate Programme in Strategy & Leadership from ISB and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
