UAE-based leading conglomerate DAMAC Group has announced the establishment of its new Global Capability Centre, DAMAC Shared Services India (DSSI), in Noida on November 20, 2025.

The new GCC or DSSI strengthens its strategic capabilities alongside the Pune centre, enhancing the Group’s global operations. Together, these centres will anchor top talent and integrated support services, leveraging India’s technology, digital, and business services ecosystem.

DAMAC's India GCCs will play a critical role in core business functions, including finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, projects, commercial, digital, and more. The offices are designed to function as innovation-driven hubs, accelerating efficiency, digital adoption, and customer-centricity across DAMAC’s international operations.

Additionally, the Group is planning a multi-phased hiring strategy that includes hiring 250+ employees in the Noida office and 100+ employees in the Pune office by 2026.

“The centre will tap into India’s exceptional talent pool, provide professionals with exposure to DAMAC’s international projects, and create seamless alignment between India, the UAE, and the Group’s wider global network.
