As MNCs look to India not just for scale but for strategic transformation, this move underscores the country’s growing importance in driving growth.

HEINEKEN, the Dutch multinational brewing company, is setting up its first Global Capability Center (GCC) in the Asia-Pacific region in Hyderabad. The center is expected to enhance HEINEKEN’s global operational capabilities and marks another milestone in India’s emergence as a strategic hub for innovation and digital transformation.

This move reflects a growing trend: global enterprises are no longer coming to India just for scale—they’re tapping into its talent ecosystem for strategic value, innovation, and agility. HEINEKEN joins a long list of multinational corporations leveraging India’s digital and talent strengths to drive global growth and operational excellence.

Ákos Magyari, Director – HEINEKEN Business Services, emphasized the company’s commitment to India as a key delivery and transformation hub. “HEINEKEN Business Services India is an addition to HEINEKEN’s existing global network of connected hubs that will provide essential services and capabilities to our Operating Companies. The business services network plays an important role in our EVERGREEN strategy.”

Talent solutions partner TeamLease Digital is supporting the initiative by providing staffing and talent services to help HEINEKEN pool support roles and deliver more consistent, high-quality services globally.

Neeti Sharma, CEO – TeamLease Digital, added, “Our collaboration with HEINEKEN reflects not only our shared vision for operational excellence, but also the power of India’s talent ecosystem to fuel innovation and growth.”
