Helios acquires ConnectaVerse, supercharges global expansion

As part of the acquisition, ConnectaVerse Founder and CEO Isidro Helder has joined Helios as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in global expansion, payroll, and entity management. Known for his legal expertise, operational depth and people-first leadership, Isidro will lead the commercial growth of the Helios platform as it scales to serve businesses entering new markets worldwide.

By embedding ConnectaVerse's technology and partner network into the Helios ecosystem, companies can launch, manage, and scale global teams seamlessly from a single, unified platform, regardless of their stage in their global journey, the company said in a press release. 

ConnectaVerse's integrated network of over 20,000 vetted local experts, spanning legal, HR, payroll, accounting, and tax, will power new features within Helios. These include jurisdiction-specific company formation tools, global payroll automation, document-driven compliance workflows and access to corporate secretarial and governance support.
