Mahindra Auto and Farm CHRO Rajeshwar Tripathi steps down

Rajeshwar Tripathi EVP, CHRO, Auto & Farm Sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra has announced to step down from his current role. Out of a total of 17 years of association with Mahindra, he served the company as CHRO for 14 years.

In his last assignment with Mahindra, he headed the human resources (HR) function for the domestic and international operations of both auto and farm sectors/ businesses for 14 years. He was a member of the Strategic Leadership Team and a member of Group Executive Board of Mahindra.

“Ended a long stint of 14 years as CHRO, Auto & Farm in Mahindra with an immense sense of pride and satisfaction. Had the fortune of working in one of the finest organizations and with illustrious leaders. I am truly grateful to all associates, colleagues, and friends in my entire network for all the help and support through the years. Looking forward to equally exciting next innings,” Tripathi posted on Linkedin.

He began his stint with Mahindra as senior vice president of, farm equipment sector in 2010. He served in this role for close to 4 years. Before joining Mahindra, Tripathi worked with GM -human resources for VE Commercial Vehicles -a joint venture of Volvo and Eicher Motors.
