Amit Chincholikar, the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, has stepped down from his role. Chincholikar announced his departure in a social media post, marking the end of his tenure after just 22 months with the company.

“Today is my last day at Yokohama-ATG - while the chronology will show this as ‘only’ 22 months, the time spent here has felt like so much more than that,” Chincholikar shared in a Linkedin post last week.

“Working with a highly committed set of people across the globe has been a privilege and truly humbling. Sayonara Yokohama-ATG … a new adventure awaits … more on that very soon,” added Chincholikar.

Before joining Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, Chincholikar worked with Tata Consumer Products as Global CHRO.

Known for his strong business acumen and collaborative leadership style, Chincholikar is a seasoned HR professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

While he has yet to disclose details about his next assignment, Chincholikar hinted at an upcoming “new adventure” in his announcement.
