Biz2Credit, provider of an online marketplace for small business funding, appoints Anupama Garg as Senior Vice President & Head - Human Resources (India). 

In her new role, Anupama will be responsible for the entire HR portfolio for Biz2Credit's Digital Lending Platform Biz2X in India and APAC. Her role will include, providing strategic direction to the people agenda, building an enabling and inclusive organisation with a strong focus on employees’ well-being and the organisation’s growth.  

Prior to joining Biz2Credit, she has worked across a diverse set of companies in progressively senior roles. Her expertise lies in enhancing employee branding, creating and implementing efficient talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent from the industry to enhance business performance and building a culture of ownership and belonging. Some of the organisations that she has worked for include Bajaj Auto Ltd, ITC, Maersk, Max Bupa Health Insurance and the CK Birla Group.  SI. An experienced leader with a blend of strategic and hands-on experience, Anupama possess excellent stakeholder management skills, champions diversity and inclusion and actively contributes to driving the business agenda.

Anupama is an MBA in Human Resource and Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, including her pet dog, and friends, travelling and exploring new places, cultures and cuisines. A voracious reader, Anupama also enjoys listening to music, with soft rock, pop and ghazals being her preferred genres.
