Jiomart – B2B Grocery, Reliance Retail appoints Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra as the new Chief Human Resources Officer effective October 2021. In the new role, he will be responsible for the management of the entire department of human resources and drive policies around it. 

Dr. Mishra brings to the table more than two decades of experience in human resources. Throughout his career, he has worked with several leading brands like Fidelity National Financial, Just Dial Limited, Tesco HSC, Patni Computer Systems Limited (Capgemini), Oberoi Hotels and Denso, etc.

His expertise includes Strategic HR Leadership, Talent and Culture Transformation, Start-up HR, Change Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering in the era of work from anywhere, and building great places to work.

He has played multiple specialist/generalist roles within HR across sectors, in both fortune 500 Global MNCs as well as Indian corporates. He has a proven track record of managing 10,000 plus employee base organizations with a team of about 100 plus HR colleagues.

During the academic period, Dr. Mishra has bagged a gold medal for being the Berhampore University topper in Masters of Industrial Relation and Personnel Management. Other than this, he also earned the degree of Doctor of Philosophy – Performance Management.
