Kunal Mehta, Head of Information Technology, Raymond Limited has joined Fabindia as its Group Chief Technology Officer. He will be based out of New Delhi.

As the Group CTO, he will be responsible for defining the IT strategy roadmap for the group and driving IT transformation through business.

“I will be working closely with the top management at Fabindia to ensure improved efficiency and productivity, supply chain and most importantly customer experience by improving its current systems, and further implementing new technologies for making the brand ready for future exponential growth,” Mehta stated.

As the pandemic has highlighted, digital robustness has become one of the biggest factors to be resilient under tough business conditions. It’s here where Mehta’s expertise will be leveraged by the Indian chain store retailing garments, furnishings, fabrics, and ethnic products handmade by craftspeople across rural India.
