FarEye appoints Manoj Rathi as chief financial officer

FarEye, a SaaS logistics platform serving last-mile deliveries, has appointed Manoj Rathi as its chief financial officer, the Noida-based company announced today.

Rathi brings over 27 years of experience in leadership roles at Genpact, Grofers (now Blinkit), BirlaSoft, DXC Technology and NIIT, among others. He was until recently associated with Dalmia-OCL.

A chartered accountant with a bachelor's degree in commerce from St Xavier's College, Kolkata, Rathi has worked in the IT services space for almost 20 years, as well as e-commerce and manufacturing sectors with Indian and foreign multinationals managing global finance, taxation, legal and secretarial functions.

He has been involved in several M&A transactions and integration, and spearheaded finance transformation, process re-engineering and digitisation initiatives.
