Hikal has appointed Ratish Jha as the President of HR. Jha comes with over twenty years of experience of working with companies namely JSW Steel, Britt World Wide India, Essel Propack, RPG Life Sciences, and some others. 

As President HR, Jha will be responsible for leading the entire human resource team across Hikal’s manufacturing plants, R&D Centre and corporate offices. He will lead all the verticals of the human resources team which are business strategies, employee management, performance evaluation, rewards and recognitions, compensation & benefits, etc. 

Jha comes with a post-graduate diploma degree in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a degree from the University of Michigan in Strategic Human Resources Management.
