Global consultancy firm Korn Ferry has elevated Sandeep Bhalla as the new head of its consulting business in India, and onboarded Amit Kumar and Neha Sethi as partners.
Bhalla joined the firm as partner in 2018 and has been instrumental in building the workforce advisory practice and expanding the consulting footprint in the financial services and industrial sector. Prior to Korn Ferry he held senior roles in Accenture Strategy and Mercer consulting.
“We are expanding our consulting business globally and in India, and there is a clear focus on growth. We recently elevated Sandeep Bhalla to spreadhead our consulting business in India and there is no better time to expand this team under his leadership,” said Navnit Singh, chairman and regional managing director – Korn Ferry India.
Kumar, who will lead workforce and people analytics at Korn Ferry India, joins from Accenture’s talent strategy consulting practice and people analytics function where he held various roles helping them and their clients in the areas of organisation design, future skills and talent intelligence.
In her new role at Korn Ferry India, Sethi will be leading culture transformation and next generation employee experience for their clients. A seasoned human resources leader and management consultant with deep expertise in workplace culture transformation, Sethi joins from Great Place to Work Institute where she was heading their consulting business in India.
“We are right now at an inflection point of growth and with Amit and Neha’s joining this further strengthens our consulting partner group in India, given our unique positioning with deep market access, unparalleled intellectual property, global brand and our client success stories in India. Our focus remains on depth and to work on assignments where we can help our clients build their next generation of organization and leaders," said Bhalla.
