To lead company’s global HR strategy, The Smart Cube, a global analytics firm, has appointed its first Chief Human Resources Officer – Sushma Rana. She will help in increasing The Smart Cube’s existing client base and will contribute in expanding company’s business operations.

Prior to this, Sushma has worked for 11 years with MSLGROUP which is part of Publicis Groupe, the world’s third largest communications company.  It was only under her stewardship, MSLGROUP was ranked fifth in India’s Best Companies to Work For in the professional services category in 2014 and 2015.

Sushma has around two decades of leadership experience in human resources and talent management.  She is B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Development from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
