Talview in collaboration with Microsoft has built a Talent Assistant Chatbot, Qton. In the press release received by People Matters, the collaboration is aimed at pushing the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence. The chatbot is built upon Microsoft’s Bot Framework and Luis NLP. The chatbot would be applied as part of the recruitment process.

The benefit provided by the Chatbot, as Talview stated, is the major reduction in man-hours spent by the recruiters early in the recruitment funnel. Additionally, the bot created marketing and employer branding messages for the employees. It picks the best candidates and fast tracks them to the next stage which further would enable the employee to feel connected to the employer’s brand. Tha platform further utilizes video analysis, social media analysis and speech recognition for the purposes of recruitment and team building.
