TeamLease CFO to step down

Consequently, with effect from 1st April, 2021, Ramani Dathi is being appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer to head the Finance function.

Leading human resource companiesTeamLease Services announced that Ravi Vishwanath will be stepping down as CFO of the company from the close of business hours on March 31st, 2021. Consequently, with effect from 1st April 2021, Ramani Dathi is being appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer to head the Finance function.

Ravi has been with the company in various leadership roles for the last 10 years, has seen the company through private equity funding, an IPO, and five years as a listed company. He has ensured high standards of hygiene, accounting, and governance and been crucial to our stakeholder management, perception and confidence. 

Meanwhile, Ramani is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 15 years of experience. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a diploma in Information Systems Audit. Prior to joining TeamLease in 2014, she has worked for Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in audit and assurance services. 

Ramani had also led the entire back-end process of TeamLease’s IPO which was rated as one of the most successful IPOs of that time. Post-IPO, she has led various functions in corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, governance and risk management, business partnering, finance planning & analysis, and Investor relations.
