Voice-based proximity communication and payment service provider ToneTag has appointed Vigil M Thomas as the new Human Resources Head. The appointment is aligned to strengthen the human resource management, recruitment, performance management, competency mapping, and overall development of the human capital of ToneTag as a whole.

A veteran of more than 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Vigil is a solutions-driven transformational leader with expertise in HR management, talent acquisition & development. Vigil also possesses expertise in new HR rules development, performance management systems, training management, competency enhancement, and career counselling. 

Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Human resources, Vigil had been associated with firms such as Motilal Oswal, Reliance Money & Axis Bank during his formative years of professionalism.
