As per a media report, letter addressed to the plant head, demanded that the company terminate the contracts of HR manager Dinesh Sharma and his junior, who had helped him reach hospital.

Days after the HR head of Mitsubishi Dinesh Sharma was shot at in Gurugram by a disgruntled employee who had been sacked, the Japanese firm has a received an anonymous threat letter demanding the company sack the HR manager “or face consequences”.

As per a TOI report, the letter addressed to the plant head, demanded that the company terminate the contracts of HR manager Dinesh Sharma and his junior, who had helped him reach hospital.

The letter reads, “We have no issues with the company. But we have issues with Dinesh Sharma and another Sharma [Dinesh’s junior]. Terminate them in 15 days or else other employees of the company will be targeted.”

The police have registered an FIR in the case on charges of criminal intimidation, with the matter under investigation. Security is also being provided at the house of Dinesh Sharma.

It may be recalled that an angry employee Joginder had shot at the HR head last week when he was on the way to his office in IMT, Manesar. 

So far, eight people have been booked by Bilaspur police station in the case so far, with police arresting Joginder, the worker who was sacked, and his relative Dayachand.
