In order to promote Merger and Acquisition ecosystem for Startups in India, over 30 tech startup companies will participate in Startup Bridge India conference. 

The aim of the event is to nurture cross-border partnerships primarily. Also, to look at acquisition opportunities and collaborations for US tech companies in India. 

At the mega event, numerous tech startups from India will get a chance to meet and interact. Also, at a structured setting, they will learn about pitfalls and workarounds of M&A in India from experienced entrepreneurs. Along with this, startups will get knowledge about recent policy changes from top government officials.

Also, the purpose was to identify those people and companies who can engage on a ‘pro-bono’ basis with India. Further, understanding and exploring the broad perspective of Indian startup-market landscape. 

Startup companies including CloudCherry , Zenoti, Helpshift, Practo, Capillary Technologies , Freshdesk, Innovaccer , Arya.ai and several others will participate in Startup Bridge India conference. 

There will be engaging sessions for startups with tech-giants such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Nutanix . 

Those startups were shortlisted who have huge growth velocity and operate in deep tech space.  Also, the focused companies have over $10million annual revenue. 

Organized by TiE Silicon Valley, iSPIRT, and Stanford Center for International Development (SCID), the event is held on December 2, 2016 at Stanford University.
