“I feel thrilled to have been awarded the opportunity to become CEO for One Month at Adecco Group India. I am looking forward to learning as much as I possibly can from the senior management in the next one month. The valuable hands-on experience that I will gain from this challenging internship will add immense value to my career prospects and more importantly, to my personality. This will also be a journey in soft skills. Programs such as these have a dual benefit. Young professionals like me will be better equipped to crack the workplace, while employers will have a better pool of qualified freshers to hire from.” said Bani Sodhi, CEO for one Month selected candidate, Adecco Group India.
‘CEO for One Month’ was launched in Norway in 2011. In 2014, it became a global initiative offering one ‘Global CEO for One Month’ position alongside Adecco Group’s global CEO.
One deserving candidate will be selected from this year’s local finalists to become ‘Global CEO for One Month’ and run a Fortune 500 company working alongside Alain Dehaze, Global CEO, Adecco Group.
