Ameriprise Financial Services appoints new Director – HR

Ameriprise Financial Services has appointed Neha Mayanka as Director - Human Resources.

In a LinkedIn post, Neha shared, “From one amazing organization, and a wonderful set of co-workers, to another - the journey continues. Happy to share with my professional connections that as my tenure with Mercer India comes to an end, it marks the beginning of a new inning with Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC.

“As I move on from Mercer with plentiful learnings, wonderful memories, and colleagues in whom I found friends for life, I now look forward to a new journey of learning, contributing, and growing further as a professional.”

Her new appointment comes almost after her over 8-year stint at Mercer, where she first started as HR Business Partner - Group Manager, Mercer (GOSS) and then went on to become HR Leader - Principal, Mercer Consulting India.

Before that, she worked with AbsolutData Research & Analytics as Senior Specialist – HR, with Scholastic India as Assistant Manager – HR, and as an HR Executive with Inductis.

Mayanka is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working across varied industries including HR consulting, analytics, and publishing industries. Skilled in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement, she brings deep expertise to her new role at Ameriprise.
