Crypto exchange platform CoinSwitch Kuber has named Zeeshan Ramlan as Director and Head - HR. Ramlan joined on May 21 and will report to the CEO, Ashish Singhal.

Ramlan comes with over 13 years of experience in various functional areas, such as HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility and Talent Acquisition.

In his new role, Ramlan will work with the founders and business leaders to build a strong employee-first culture at CoinSwitch and develop and lead the HR Business Partnering, Organization Development (OD), Compensation, HR Operations, Diversity and Employee Relations team at CoinSwitch.

Prior to joining CoinSwitch Kuber, he had been associated with software company Intuit for more than four years. Most recently, he was serving as the Global HR Leader - Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Partner (India).

An alumnus of Symbiosis International University, Ramlan has also worked with IT major Infosys for over eight years. He started his stint at Infosys in 2008 as Corporate HR - Employee Relations Team and then took the role of Senior HR Lead - Business Partner HR. He led change management programs at the IT major. In 2018, he was also honored with the Global Top 100 Diversity and Inclusion Leader Award by the World HRD Congress.
