DDI India has appointed Amogh Deshmukh as its new managing director.  He takes over from Anu Zachariah who contributed over 7 years in DDI before moving out of this role. Prior to this Amogh was heading Sales and Marketing at DDI India. Amogh has spent over 9 years of his professional journey at DDI and carries an overall experience of over 17 years.

On his appointment, Amogh says, “Leadership development is increasingly becoming a key priority for organizations and it has been my pleasure to be associated with a firm like DDI which has been providing cutting edge leadership solutions to customers to drive business impact.”

On being asked about his future plans, he says “Our customers are becoming more aware of the importance of driving impact through leadership development. This is the core strength of DDI’s leadership development offerings and we are committed to helping clients drive strong behavioral change in leaders.”

Anu Zachariah, who moved out of this role, also shared her views on Amogh’s appointment. “Amogh’s appointment is a clear endorsement of DDI’s focus on building and nurturing talent from within. These strengths and more will set Amogh and DDI India on a clear path to success in future too”.
