Employers Federation of India has appointed Pradeep Bhargava as its President from July 1. He is the Director at Cummins India. He has been working as MD of Cummins Generator Technologies India Ltd from 2003 till 2012. 

A veteran in the Industry, Bhargava has held responsible positions in both Private and Public sector organizations. He has worked with Indian Space Research Organization, Atomic Energy Commission, Electronics Commission, Bharat Heavy Electrical India (BHEL), UNDP and the World Bank. Bhargava has been actively participating in Industry Forums - CII, MCCIA and Education Institutions such as TMTC, YASHDA, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore as well as various platforms of Civic Society. Pradeep Bhargava is also an Independent Director with some leading Indian Companies including Persistent Systems Ltd., Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd., Secure Meters Ltd. and Rajkumar Forge Limited.

Pradeep Bhargava is a B.Sc. (Honours) from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and BE- Electronics & Communication from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and completed  MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
