Frank Ricciardi, Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for Cornerstone OnDemand calls it quits. Frank was appointed by Cornerstone in March 2005 as the Vice-President of Global Account Service. As CCO, he was responsible for the overarching customer strategy intended to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
Before his current role as a CCO, Frank relocated to Hong Kong for five years to build and lead Cornerstone’s business in Asia-Pacific and Japan. As enterprise cloud software took shape and the client portfolio grew, Frank extended Cornerstone’s relationship management capabilities to include Global Product Support, Client Success Management, Client Experience and Client Marketing.
Frank came with an experience of over 24 years and started his career with Anderson Consulting which is now known as Accenture. He has worked with the companies like Convergys, DigitalThink, etc. He also comes with an entrepreneurial experience where he was the co-founder of two companies, ArtCraft Dental Laboratories and iTech DentalWorks.
Frank comes with a broad experience in management consulting, software-as-a-service (SaaS), client and partner relationship management, sales and new business development, and global business expansion and management. Frank holds B.S. degrees in both Finance and Economics from Drexel University.
