An artificial intelligence firm which utilises its platform for sharing online content, Glance has announced the appointment of Rithika Sundaram as Director of Human Resources.

In her new role, Rithika would be managing and streamlining HR strategies at the company and kickstart new employee initiatives.

Her return to Glance is considered a boomerang move as she had previously worked with InMobi (The parent company of Glance) from 2017 to 2020 in multiple capacities.

“Over the past few years, I have discovered that my ability to thrive & contribute happens best where there is a meeting of minds in terms of the value system and that’s a rare find in the corporate landscape. I can recall several occasions of being pushed into the unknown but always having a life jacket and an assuring voice to guide me whenever I needed it”, said Glance's HR Director Rithika Sundharam.

She further said that she is happy to return to the setup which she considers home and looks forward to creating a learning space for the employees and colleagues around her.

Rithika has over thirteen years of experience spanning HR Consulting (Design & Strategy) and core Line HR (HRBP & Generalist). In both her consulting and line HR experience she had the opportunity to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and continuously evolving priorities. The consulting ​experience allowed Rithika Sundaram to explore the breadth of functional areas across the employee life-cycle and across a diverse spectrum of industries and geographies.

Her previous HR stints have further strengthened her abilities to understand the business, forge deep relationships, and influence stakeholders to co-create and drive key HR outcomes on talent supply, capability, growth, high performance, and employee relations.

Prior to joining Glance, she counts InMobi, EY, Aon Consulting (Hewitt Associates), Allegro Capital Advisors, and D.E.Shaw India Software Pvt. Ltd.
