Group IDAM, a House Of FMCG Brands, has announced the appointment of Timsy Kohli as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer. The move is part of Ananta Capital backed conglomerate’s plan to capitalise on future growth markets in India.   

In her new role, Timsy Kohli would be responsible for leading organisational level initiatives on culture, performance, people and HR digitisation. She comes with almost two decades of cross-functional experience in Human Resources across various industries and exudes People-first culture approach. 

“Timsy will build key people strategies to scale growth with a strong focus on building a culture of high performance and innovation. She will also focus on strengthening employer brand strategy to attract talent,” said Saahil Nayar, Co-Founder & COO of IDAM House Of Brands.

Previously, Timsy was an Associate Vice President - People & Culture at The Moms Co (The Good Glam Group). Timsy also counts companies like People Strong, Pioneer Urban Infrastructure Limited, Encore Capital Group and R1RCM as part of her bludgeoning portfolio.

Speaking about her new role and responsibilities at IDAM, Timsy said, “My vision is to partner with business to build progressive people strategies that would empower and enable each team member to become the best version of themselves by creating a high performance-driven culture and by crafting unmatched employee experience.
