Indifi technologies appoints Sujit Bose as new Head of Human Resource

MSME digital lending platform Indifi technologies has announced the appointment of Sujit Bose as the new Head Of Human Resource for the organisation. In his new role, Sujit will be tasked with creating an efficient organisation with a compelling Employee Value Proposition and continue to drive a Value based and Merit Oriented culture with an emphasis on “Scalability”.

Sujit is a veteran talent leader with over twenty years in Human Resource, specialising in  the areas of Talent Management, Total Rewards and Employee Engagement. Prior to Indifi, Sujit was the Senior Vice President - People & Culture at Gourmet Investments. He also counts Vistara (Airlines), Tata Teleservices, Quatrro, Wipro BPO, and Countrywide Financial Services as his previous employers.
