IndusInd Bank's CHRO Zubin Mody resigns

His resignation, which was submitted through a letter dated July 25, 2025, will take effect at the end of October 24, 2025.
IndusInd Bank announced that its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Zubin Mody, has resigned from his position after a two-decade stint with the financial institution.
His resignation, which was submitted through a letter dated July 25, 2025, will take effect at the end of October 24, 2025.
Mody, an IndusInd veteran who joined the organisation in 2005, is stepping down to explore new professional avenues after 20 years of service, the bank said in a regulatory filing made under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) norms.
"After 20 years of a remarkable and fulfilling career with the bank, I wish to pursue new opportunities outside. Hence, I have made this very difficult decision to resign from the services of the bank," said Mody in his letter to the bank's board.
"I take this opportunity to thank the Board, my colleagues and all stakeholders of the Bank for their trust and support during my tenure," he further said.
Mody is a Physics Honours graduate from Mumbai University and holds a management degree in Personnel Management & Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Hehas previously led HR function at ICICI Lombard and held senior HR roles at ICICI Bank, where he was responsible for performance management and compensation.
