Korn Ferry has appointed Robert Wilkes as Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader in the Financial Services Practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s New York office, according to a news report.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Wilkes worked with Willis Towers Watson, where he held several leadership roles. Most recently he served as a Global Client Relationship Director and Sales Leader responsible for his own portfolio of clients and leading sales and marketing activities across Metropolitan New York. Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director of Singapore and as Director of Benefit Technology Solutions in Asia.

“Robert brings to Korn Ferry more than two decades of global consulting experience – managing client relationships across an array of industries,” said Michael Franzino, President, Global Financial Services, Korn Ferry.

“His deep industry knowledge and expertise will be a wonderful addition to our Financial Practice and firm," he added.

Earlier in his career, Wilkes held the Head of Consulting role at Thomsons Online Benefit, the UK market leader in flexible benefits, reward consulting and employee benefit brokerage, and he also served as a product manager and enterprise account director for Microsoft in EMEA.
