KPIT, a global technology company with a key focus on IT consulting and product engineering, has appointed Rashi Anand as the Director-HR with effect from March 2017. 

Prior to joining KPIT, she was the Deputy General Manager – HR at Lupin. Rashi’s role as Director-HR will be around organizational interventions. 

Rashi is one of the winners of the People Matters Are You In The List Awards 2013. It is indeed a great to see the ‘future’ leaders actually getting the recognition in the HR spheres. Kanisha Raina, another 2013 winner of AYIL has also been elevated to the position of Talent Leader in IBM.

All rounded exposure in various facets of HR - OD, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, Learning and Development. Her areas of interest include Strategic Interventions around Employee Engagement & OD.
