Lendingkart Technologies Private Limited, India’s leading fintech company has announced three important leadership appointment to further strengthen its Product, Data Science, Credit and Risk Functions. Sundar Gosakan joins Lendingkart as Chief Risk and Credit Officer, Vikram Duggal as SVP Data Science and Kinjal Saxena will be joining Lendingkart as VP Product. With a commitment to provide financial solutions to MSMEs, Lendingkart is expanding its leadership team to be more efficient and stellar in promoting financial inclusion in the country.

Commenting on the appointment, Harshvardhan Lunia, Co-founder & Managing Director at Lendingkart said, “I am excited to have Sundar, Vikram and Kinjal joining Lendingkart for contributing towards our objective of empowering MSMEs in the country. Commenting on his appointment, Sundar Gosakan, Chief Risk and Credit Officer at Lendingkart said, “ I am excited to join Lendingkart and look forward to working with the team to build a robust risk management framework which will help draw out a sustainable and profitable book in the journey to drive financial inclusion for the many unbanked/underbanked MSME’s.”

With 23 years of industry experience in Risk Management and Retail Banking, Sundar Gosakan joins Lendingkart from Jana Small Finance Bank as Head – Credit Risk where he was responsible for the policy formulation and active management of the bank’s portfolio and Underwriting Function across products. Sundar’s expertise include Business Strategy, Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management, Risk Appetite and Risk Operations. His earlier stints include HSBC Hong Kong, HSBC (Vietnam), Fullerton, GE Capital and Standard Chartered.

I am delighted to extend my support in leading the portfolio, collections & BI analytics for the organization and look forward in contributing to the organization's success by bringing my international banking experience in play & help navigate and monitor key business risks and analytical needs for the company” Said Vikram Duggal, SVP Data Science at Lendingkart.

Having worked with reputed companies like HSBC, HDFC, Axis Bank and Fullerton Enterprises, Vikram has 19 years of experience in BFSI. His area of expertise includes Business Consulting – Credit Risk, Credit Underwriting and Appraisals, Trade Finance and Cash management, SME Portfolio Management, Analytics and Banking Operations. Prior to Lendingkart, he was working with HSBC as VP Head in Business Consulting, with his 10 years stint at HSBC he has donned various roles as he moved up the corporate ladder.

With an industry understanding of 15 years in Product Management and Technology Leadership in Energy, Fintech, Payments and E-Commerce domain, Kinjal brings with him a wide range of pertinent industry experience, knowledge, and expertise to help fortify Lendingkart’s growth. He will be joining Lendingkart from Amazon where he was working as a Principal Technology Product Manager, responsible for building robust technology platforms which power multiple scalable products for Amazon customers
