Jaspreet Singh Bakshi has joined Marsh McLennan as the HR Leader for Global in-House Centre, India. In this role, Jaspreet will be accountable for a unified India people strategy and HR initiatives across the India GIC.

Jaspreet carries with him over two decades of experience in designing and implementing human capital solutions. His career spans across industries – FMCG, ITeS, BFSI, EdTech; and roles in Business and HR.

He joins MMC from NatWest (previously RBS) where he spent over 11 years in a variety of roles. In his most recent role, he was Managing Director HR responsible for leading Colleague Experience and Delivery. 

Jaspreet holds a Master’s degree in HR and over the years, Jaspreet has built functional excellence in a variety of areas including -being a certified and practicing OD specialist, a certified Leadership Coach, others. In addition, he holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Digital harbinger. Jaspreet works as a Mentor and Sponsor of Social Entrepreneurship work undertaken by various institutes and foundations; partners with incubators to advise on Talent and Manpower strategies, and planning for start-ups.

 JP as he is fondly called and is an avid reader, sportsman and adventurist.
