Muniinder Anand joins CCL as Managing Director - India & South Asia

Muniinder K. Anand has joined Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) as the Managing Director – India & South Asia. In this role, Muniinder will be responsible for drawing out the strategy and managing operations for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, with the goal of accelerating the company’s growth in these dynamic markets.

Elaborating on his plans and vision for the company in this new assignment, Muniinder said: “As my journey with CCL begins, I would focus all my energies in bringing the CCL mission to life in the region. Our mission at CCL is to advance the understanding, practice and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide.” 

Taking about what he wishes to achieve in his individual capacity, he stated: “In my role, I would ensure that my work touches many more lives each year and we achieve the results that matter.”

With twenty years of leadership experience in professional services and human resources, including P&L responsibilities for several leading firms in South Asia, Muniinder’s quest for helping organizations transform from good to great through effective leadership has brought him to CCL.

Muniinder most recently worked with KPMG as Director in the Management Consulting practice, and has over 21 years of experience across diverse organizations like Mercer, Schneider Electric and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

 An honors graduate from Delhi University, Muniinder is well connected within the region’s HR and professional services industries, having served as the joint secretary for the Delhi & NCR chapter of India’s National HR Development Network (NHRDN) and as a member of NHRDN’s Young Minds Council for emerging professionals.
