NetCom Learning names new Director HR

NetCom Learning has named Subir Sinha as its new Director, Human Resources. Subir will head the HR function for the organization based out of India and will be responsible for ramping up operations in India and the US. 

Subir brings with him around 30 years in the HR function, having worked with an array of organizations such as the Creative Group, Arvind, Reliance Retail, ITC – Agrotech, and Reliance Communications. 

In the last five years, Sinha has freelanced as a consultant, leading his own firm, Subir Sinha HR & Corporate Advisory. An alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Sinha’s particular expertise lies in recruitment and selection of management staff, including senior management and functional heads, as well as campus selections, international hiring, and mass-scale hiring. He has a proven track record of success in project management, including spearheading launch of large manufacturing facilities, Retail Stores as Reliance FRESH outlets, and Hyper Markets across Gujarat.

It is this vast experience that NetCom is hoping to leverage in his new role wherein his responsibilities will also include incorporating contemporary human resource practices into the organization.
